Return Policy
This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which products and walk session registrations purchased from Radiantremovebio may be returned or refunded.
Physical Products
Physical items such as route maps and field journals may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at contact@radiantremovebio.world with your order details.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.
Walk Session Registrations
Walk session registrations may be cancelled and refunded under the following conditions:
- Cancellation at least 48 hours before the scheduled walk start time: full refund.
- Cancellation within 48 hours of the scheduled walk: no refund, but you may transfer your registration to a future session within 90 days.
- If we cancel a walk due to weather or safety concerns, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective product or an item different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
- Walk sessions that have already taken place.
- Digital materials or route downloads that have been accessed.
- Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.
